IDP IELTS Cambodia and VANDA University have formalised a partnership to expand access to IELTS registration services and reliable test-related information, helping Cambodian students prepare for educational and professional opportunities in an increasingly interconnected world.

On October 22, 2026, the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by Mr. MAO Sreng, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director of IDP Education Cambodia, the Australian Centre for Education (ACE) and IDP IELTS Cambodia, and H.E. Dr. HENG Vanda, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of VANDA University.

The collaboration reflects the growing importance of English-language proficiency in enabling individuals to pursue international study, advance their careers and access opportunities beyond their home countries.

Recognised by more than 13,500 organisations worldwide, including universities, employers and government agencies, the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is one of the world’s most widely used English-language proficiency tests. It provides individuals with a recognised way to demonstrate their English-language abilities for a range of international purposes.

Mr. MAO Sreng highlighted the importance of English-language skills in helping students navigate an increasingly globalised environment, noting that access to recognised testing services is an important part of their preparation for international opportunities.

“Our partnership with VANDA University reflects IDP IELTS Cambodia’s commitment to making IELTS registration services and relevant information more accessible. By bringing these services closer to students, we aim to make the registration process more convenient and help test takers take informed steps towards their educational, professional and international aspirations.”
