What is T&T?

Most people have heard of ACE but what they don’t know is we also go into government ministries, private companies and NGOs to help staff with their English and work skills. T&T stands for Training & Testing and is all about creating special or customized training programs and tests to suit the needs of organizations. When IDP started in Cambodia back in 1992, most of our work was T&T with contracts to train Royal Cambodian Government officials and people working for UNICEF, Intercontinental hotels and many more.

Who is it for?

T&T is for anyone who wants to compete in the global workplace and develop the skills to stay one step ahead of everyone else. It doesn’t matter what level of English you have now, what matters is where you want to be in the future and getting the right skills to take you there. 

Why is English important for my staff?

Without English it is difficult to interface with the global community, to communicate successfully with overseas colleagues, international clients or engage with visitors to Cambodia. Business meetings, emails, presentations and regional conferences are increasingly conducted in English and it’s vital staff have the ability and confidence to take part fully.
