All About the Diploma Program at ACE

If you’re about to take your IELTS test or have already taken it, your English career is just beginning. ACE’s Diploma Program offers a variety of advanced English courses to help you improve your English skills with fascinating and relevant materials. So, why should you enrol in a Diploma Program course? What’s the difference between ACE’s General English Program (GEP) and the Diploma Program? I’m glad you asked!

ACE’s General English Program (GEP) focuses on all four macro skills (reading, writing, listening and speaking) at a time in one term. In our Diploma Program, on the other hand, you can take specific courses that focus on one of these skills at a time, and therefore, improve a specific English skill or area. For example, if you’d like to focus on your speaking skills, our Public Speaking and Debate courses offer you one full term to work on just that – speaking! If you’d like to improve your writing skills, the Creative Writing course is for you. These are only two examples of the courses that ACE’s Diploma Program currently has to offer. These specialised courses were designed to improve your overall IELTS’ band score, one exam at a time.
